Eligibility for Refunds We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item never arrived

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen display

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Process Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping  If a return is required in special cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain fitness and wellness products cannot be returned once opened.
